【摘要】 “广州市沙面建筑群”具有相当的文化和文物价值。但是目前保护工作面临重重困难 ,沙面这样的历史文化地区 ,超过现有文物法规覆盖范围 ,在政府财力有限的情况下 ,保护资金投入产出的良性循环应该是保护工作的着力点。需要加大保护力度 ,采用更为进取和有力的措施 ,争取政府有一定的投入 ,而更重要的是巧妙进行政策设计 ,制定相应的法规和政策 ,借助社会资金开展保护工作更多还原

【Abstract】 The Historic Site in Shamian,Guangzhou was ranked as one of first group of the National Protected Western Classical Building Historic Site,but there isnt any related cultural protecting law suitable for protecting it. The planners are now facing a lot of difficulties,and have to do deeper research before doing the protecting planning. Based on the research on the protection efficiency,the reasonable development,the management and the capital cycle,etc. this article gives some conclusion:?(1) Protecting the excellent near era buildings and avoiding destroying them by setting up some strict law. Or,on the other hand,from the view of strategy level.(2) Giving some suggestion on the function replacement. (3) Apply some investment from the government.(4) Based on the market economic,there are some capital resources for historical cultural protection.更多还原
