用溶胶-凝胶自蔓延燃烧法制备的低温度系数MnZn铁氧体
MnZn Ferrite with Low Temperature Coefficient of Initial Permeability by Sol-gel Auto-combustion
【摘要】 用溶胶-凝胶自蔓延燃烧法制备软磁锰锌铁氧体,研探了工艺条件对MnZn铁氧体磁导率温度系数及相关磁性能的影响,探讨了提高温度稳定性的途径及掺杂Co2+对该性能的影响。实验表明,该方法是制备高性能软磁铁氧体的又一种优良方法。
【Abstract】 The soft magnetic MnZn ferrites were prepared successfully by sol-gel auto-combustion method. The effects of process conditions on the temperature coefficient of initial pemeability and other magnetic properties of the MnZn ferrites were investigated. The approach to improving temperature stability of intial pemeability and influnence of doped Co2+ were discussed emphatically. The experimental results show that the method can be used to manufacture high quality soft magnetic ferrites.
