【摘要】 目的 :探讨重组人生长激素 (rhGH)和能全力早期肠内营养对严重烧伤病人的治疗作用。　方法 :对 18例重度烧伤病人用rhGH和能全力进行早期肠内营养治疗 (试验组 ) ,rhGH用金磊赛增 9U/d皮下注射 ,肠内营养选用能全力口服液 ,伤后第 1天剂量为 2 5 0～ 5 0 0ml,后逐步增加至 2 5 0 0ml/d ;同期 14例未进行上述治疗者作为对照组。检测两组伤后 2 1天血清总蛋白、白蛋白及血红蛋白值 ,并记录两组 3周内并发全身炎症反应综合征 (SIRS)的例数、出院时体重、创面愈合时间及住院天数。　结果 :试验组各项营养指标、体重明显高于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,试验组并发SIRS的例数、创面愈合时间及住院天数明显少于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 )。　结论 :联合应用生长激素和能全力营养支持对重度烧伤病人有明显的治疗作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives:To investigate the therapeutic effect of rhGH and Nutrison nutrition on severely burned patients. Methods:Eighteen burn patients(test group) were treated with rhGH and Nutrison nutrition.The rhGH was daily administered hypodermically, Nutrison was given orally or by tube feeding.Fourteen cases(control group) were treated routinely without use of rhGH and Nutrison.Serum total protein, albumin, hematoglobin were monitored on postburn 21st day.The cases of SIRS, body weight at discharge,and the time of wound healing were also analysed. Results:In the experimental group, many nutritional indices were increased( P <0.05),and the cases of SIRS, the time of wound healing and the days of hospital stay were decreased( P <0.05). Conclusions:rhGH and Nutrison have obvious therapeutic effects in treating the severe burn patients.更多还原
