【摘要】 利用含不同抗性基因的玉米作为鉴别寄主,对2001年分别采自于河北、辽宁、黑龙江等省的37个玉米大斑病菌菌株进行生理小种鉴定。鉴定结果表明,供试菌株中不仅有0号(原1号)、1号(原2号)小种,还出现了12,23,3N,12N号等其它生理小种。尤其是由于本试验出现了对带Ht抗性基因的玉米均致病的123N号生理小种,这应引起育种工作者的高度注意。更多还原

【Abstract】 The physiological race of Setosphaeria turcica was identified among 37 isolates collected from different corn-planting areas of China in 2001 on corn with different resistant genes. The results showed that not only race 0 and race 1 existed widely, but races 12, 23, 3N, 12N were also found among the 37 isolates used. Race 123N which should be taken into account was pathogenic to corn with all kinds of resistant gene.更多还原
