火焰原子吸收法间接测定蔬菜中硫的研究

【摘要】 研究利用硫酸根与铬酸钡悬浊液反应释放出铬酸根 ,以火焰原子吸收法测定铬酸根 ,从而实现硫含量的测定。同时研究了各种试验条件对测定灵敏度的影响 ,并建立了最佳试验条件 ;利用该法可将常规火焰原子吸收的灵敏度提高 8倍 ,检出限改善 5倍。该方法应用于蔬菜样品中的硫的测定 ,回收率介于 96 %~ 1 0 6 %之间

【Abstract】 A method for the indirect determination of sulfur in vegetables by fla me atomic absorption spectrometry (FAAS) has been proposed in this paper. On the basis of exchange reaction of SO 4 2- with BaCrO 4 in the water-ethanol- ammonia medium and the determination of chromium, the content of sulfur was dete rmined by the proposed method. Various conditions affecting the quantitative det ermination of SO 4 2- with this method were investigated and optimized. Th e sensitivity and detection limit of the proposed method were improved by 8 and 5 fold than those of conventional FAAS. The proposed method was successfully app lied to the determination of sulfur in vegetables with a recovery range of 96%~ 106%.
