冬小麦子粒灌浆参数与千粒重相关性研究

【摘要】 选择河北省近年生产上推广种植的 3个冬小麦品种 ,用Logistic方程对子粒灌浆过程进行拟合 ,通过T测验以及相关分析等方法对子粒灌浆参数进行分析探讨。经过 2年的重复试验 ,得出以下结果 :在灌浆各阶段不同灌浆参数间存在显著差异 ,从灌浆时间看 ,灌浆持续时间T1 和T3 变异系数较大 ,Tmax、T、T2 则相对稳定 ;从灌浆速率看 ,Rmax、R、R2 变异系数较小 ,比较稳定 ;R1 和R3 的变异系数较大 ,特别是R3 达到 2 8.82 ,说明易受环境影响 ;T和R与千粒重呈极显著正相关 ,对千粒重作用较大 ,R的作用大于T ;灌浆持续时间 (T)、平均灌浆速率 (R)、快增期灌浆速率R2 和灌浆时间T2 、缓增期灌浆速率R3 和灌浆时间T3 对千粒重 (Y)作用显著。从栽培角度考虑 ,适当的农艺措施可以提高R和延长T。

【Abstract】 Three wheat varieties that were distributed in Heb ei province in the recent years were used to study the correlation between parameters of grain fill ing and 1 000-grain weight in wheat. Grain filling course was imitated by logis t ic equation, and the specific property of grain filling was analyzed by T test a nd correlation analyzing methods. The results indicated that there were signific ant variance among part filling parameters in different maturity-stage varieties during each phase; For the grain filling time, the CV(coefficie nt of variance) of filling-last time T 1 and T 3 were bigger, and T max ,T and T 2 wer e relatively stable, and the CV of R max , R,R 2 were smaller and relatively stable for the grain filling rates; the CV of R 1 and R 3 were bigger, and especially for R 3 which reached to 28.82,which shows that R 3 was affected by environment easily; the positive relation between T and 1 000-grain weight was extremely significant, and R was the same as T, the two parameters of T and R have bigger effect to 1 000-grain weight,in that the e ffect of R was bigger than T; T value, R value, grain filling rate (R 2)and time (T 2 )at fast filling stage, grain filling rate(R 3)and time (T 3)at slow filling stage affected 1 000-gra in weight(Y) notably. From the concern of wheat cultivation, su itable agronomy methods could improve R and exte nt T.
