铸铁零件电弧喷涂工艺规范优化试验研究
The study on the optimized test of arc-spraying on cast iron
【摘要】 为了摆脱目前电弧喷涂技术在铸铁零件上应用的经验性和随意性,通过正交试验和多因素方差分析,对铸铁零件电弧喷涂进行了试验研究,优化了在铸铁基体上制备3Cr13涂层的电弧喷涂工艺规范参数为:喷涂电流180A;喷涂距离200mm;喷涂气压0 6MPa;喷砂角度85°;喷涂电压32V。
【Abstract】 Arc-sprayed coatings are widely used in various industrial applications,but uncommon in cast iron substrate.By means of orthogonal test and multiple factors variance analysis, the test on arc-spraying on cast iron substrate was studied. The technology parameters of Arc-spraying wire 3Cr13(Φ2 mm) on gray cast iron substrate was optimized as follows.Electric current:180 A, Distance: 200 mm,Pressure: 06 Mpa,Angle:85°,Voltage:32V.
