【摘要】 中国投资基金发展已近十年 ,日渐成熟 ,但也有待于进一步成长。目前中国基金业存在的主要问题 :一是基金规模偏小 ;二是以封闭式为主的基金类型无法形成有效的激励机制和约束机制 ;三是基金管理公司法人治理结构不完善 ;四是信息披露及外部监管力度不大。因此解决这些问题 ,缩短与发达国家的差距 ,提升我国投资基金的竞争力已迫在眉捷。更多还原

【Abstract】 China’s investment fund has existed for about ten years, but yet to develop. Now there are four problems in China’s fund industry: first, a small scale of fund; secondly, close fund can’t effectively form encouragement and restrain system; thirdly, imperfection of governance of funds management company,finally+6;information disclosure and outer surveillance’s weakness.So,it’s urgent for China to improve its competitive of investment fund in order to narrow the gap between China and developed countries.更多还原
