【Abstract】 Policy decisions fall into three categories: the best, the satisfactory and the beneficial. As a matter of fact, in most cases we could only manage to find the satisfactory and the beneficial instead of the best in practice since it is impossible to take into consideration all the influential factors concerning the subject matter. A discussion on the theoretical significance of the satisfactory and beneficial decisions and their relations will be conducive to the improvement of our management and policy decision abilities.更多还原
