【摘要】 我国古代文化传统中,"礼治"作为有效的社会调节系统,在"德治"与"法治"之间起着桥和纽带作用。"礼治"的方法为中国封建社会建立了一套完整的人伦关系规范,完备了各种礼节礼仪,保证了社会的稳定。我国目前处在改革开放时期,社会正在经历着一场大的变革,在落实"以德治国"和建立社会主义法制国家软硬两套调节系统外,还应有一套介于两者之间的中性调节系统,儒家"礼治"观与社会主义精神文明相结合便是一种很好的系统。更多还原

【Abstract】 In ancient China the doctrine of "Governing through Rites" was established as an effective regulating system for social conduct.As a bridge between the beliefs of "Governing by Virtue" and "Governing by Law",it helped to create an integrate set of social conventions for human relations and ensured the stability of feudal China through various rites and rituals.At the present stage of opening and reform in our country when the society is undergoing a drastic change,the Confucian doctrine of "Governing through Rites" in combination with the propagating of socialistethics may be advisable to the establishment of a neutral regulating system besides the soft system of "Governing by Virtue" and the hard system of "Governing by Law".更多还原
