【Abstract】 Executive Stock Option (short for ESO) is a kind of system innovation applied to inspirit the executive and it also contains profound economics theory. The former economists have interpreted ESO in various angles, but these theory explanations are lack of inherent unity. Thus, this article aims at analyzing ESO in economics theory systematically.更多还原
