尚湖枝角类春季种群空间格局分析

【摘要】 调查了尚湖枝角类的种类组成和生物多样性,研究了尚湖枝角类春季空间格局分布。采用Iwao聚集格局回归分析法、数理统计分析和一元线性正态相关回归分析,结果发现尚湖六个采样点间枝角类的种群密度差异极显著,其群落多样性指数与空间分布有相关性。枝角类种群的空间分布格局理论上属于聚集型负二项分布。

【Abstract】 This paper studied the spatial distribution of Cladocera in spring in Shang lake based on the specie investigation and biological diversity analysis.Cladocera population in Shang lake had been investigated and analyzed by Iwao’s patch regression, biostatistics and analysis of correlation and simple normal linear regression. The result indicated that the Cladocera population distributed extensively with clumped and negative binomial distribution theoretically. The regression equation of Iwao’s patch regression was m*=-1.8334+1.4630m (n=6,r=0.9990,P<0.01 ). The population densities with six different sample sites in Shang(E>B>A>D>F>C) were greatly different significantly. In addition, the community diversity of Cladocera in spring in Shang had some correlation with its spatial distribution(p<0.05).All that were resulted obviously from various seasons , different natural condition , and environmental pollution.
