【摘要】 用SOL-GEL法在平板玻璃上涂覆彩色薄膜,对其技术工艺和制备条件进行了实验研究。利用正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)的水解和添加着色剂的方法,获得了五种以上不同色泽的玻璃薄膜。在电炉上加热30分钟,所得薄膜非常牢固,而且色彩艳丽。对已有成膜技术和彩色膜配方进行了验证,并且作了改进,最后对制备过程和实验技术进行了讨论。更多还原

【Abstract】 SOL_GEL method is a new technology of preparing glass.The experimental route and conditions of preparing colour film on glass plate by SOL_GEL method was investigated.The beautiful coatings were obtained by SOL_GEL method with the hydrolysis of pure tetraethylorthosilicate［(C2H5)SiO4,TEOS］.The study and discussion about the coating technology on glass plate and its prescription were given.更多还原
