【摘要】 在pH=8.89,NH3·H2O—NH4Cl底液中,用单扫描示波极谱法,进行常规极谱测定,锌在-1.33V(vs.SCE)产生一尖锐灵敏的极谱波,峰电流与锌的浓度在2.0×10-6mol·L-1～7.0×10-4mol·L-1范围内呈良好的线性关系,检出限为1.0×10-6mol·L-1.线性回归方程为Ip=18.12x+226.5,x为锌的浓度,相关系数r=0.9991。测定金施尔康中锌的标准加入回收率可达98.8%～101.1%,结果令人满意。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the solution of NH3·H2O—NH4Cl, and pH=8.89,a sensitive polarographic wave of Zinc is observed at -1.33V(vs.SCE)by the single sweep-oscillopolarography.The detection limit is 1.0×10-6mol·L-1.A linear relationship between the peak patentials and concentrations of Zinc is found in the range of 2.0×10-6mol·L-1～7.0×10-4mol·L-1.The regression equation is followed:I=18.12 x+226.5 where x is the concentration of Zinc. The correlation coefficient is r=0.9991 .This method has been applied to the determination of Zinc in gold theragran with percent recoveries in the range 98.8%～101.1%.The result is satisfactory.更多还原
