【Abstract】 This paper introduced the essentials and contents of public transport service quality. With the fuzzy mathematical method, its mathematical evaluation model was set up, and a fuzzy evaluation method for the quality of public transport service was put forward. It was applied to the practical survey of the quality of public transport service in jiangmen city. And some reasonable results were obtained.更多还原
