浅谈创建节水型城市体会
Experience Learnt from the Creation of Water-saving City
【摘要】 介绍“九五”期间用水情况分析、节水面临的难点和问题,以及当前节水的重点工作。
【Abstract】 The analysis of Shanghai’s water consumption situation during the national 9th Five-Year Plan" period,difficulties and problems confronting water-saving and the present main task for saving water are stated.
