噪声与房地产价值的相关性研究
The Study of the Correlativity on Noise and the Value of Real Estate
【摘要】 结合调查和统计 ,分析了我国声环境中存在的一些影响到人们生活和健康的问题 ,进而详细讨论噪声对房地产价值的影响 ,并对噪声的降低给出了一些建议
【Abstract】 According to investigation and statistics, the article analyses some problems about noise surroundings which have effect on people’s living and healthy.How does the noise affect the value of real estate? It is discussed in detail and some measures are discussed to reduce noise effect.
