【摘要】 基于信息技术的经济全球化过程 ,对全球、国家和地区城市体系的格局产生了深远影响。主要城市超前发展的同时 ,为数众多的地方城市处于被边缘化的境地。主要表现为地方工业萎缩、人口增长缓慢甚至绝对减少、人才外流严重、GDP等主要社会经济指标与主流地区的差距拉大、社会运转方式及地方社会心理滞后于时代。众多不利的因素和过程导致了地方城市的边缘化。全球化及在其背景下的边缘化使许多传统的区域结构模型失效 ,地方城市的新的发展理念和策略应置于更宏观的框架内加以设计。通过对黑龙江省伊春市和佳木斯市的案例研究 ,分析了地方城市面临的窘境及对策更多还原

【Abstract】 Globalization has deeply influenced urban system on regional, national and global scale. Numerous local cities are marginalized while other important cities grow quickly. Marginalization means that local industries shrink, population increases slowly or even decreases, talents drain, gaps in terms of main social economic indexes like GDP between the mainstream regions and local cities are enlarged, operating ways and social mentality of local cities lag behind the time etc. Lots of unfavorable factors and processes lead to the marginalization of cities. Globalization and corresponding marginalization destroy many traditional regional models, thus new developing philosophy and strategy of local cities should be planned under a more macroscopic framework. The paper analyzes the plight of local cities and also provides countermeasures with cases study of Yichun and Jiamusi in Heilongjing province.更多还原
