【摘要】 从现代城市系统综合管理的实际需求出发 ,提出了统一城市信息系统 (UniversalUrbanMulti InfoSystem) ,并对其建设和实施进行了探讨。UUMIS最大的优点是可以实现不同操作系统、不同应用平台的各种网络环境间的信息资源的共享和交流 ,从而可以结合网络和虚拟现实技术 ,进行全面直观的城市决策管理。本文详细分析了建立统一数字化城市信息系统的必要性和技术重点 ,并就城市建设规划管理领域率先推进统一数字化城市信息系统的具体实施和应用作了深入探讨。更多还原

【Abstract】 Urban planners have collected various data relating to urban development information. However, the use of those data is still somewhat immature due to their incompatible data types. With extensive investigation and comprehensive analysis on present urban information management system and urban digital simulation system, this paper puts forward the universal urban multi info system (UUMIS). A significant benefit of this system is to allow its database to be accessed/shared on various OS platform and network environments. The key technologies for the construction of UUMIS are highlighted.更多还原
