【摘要】 深圳市的经济起飞是靠外资带动的 ,因而外资企业 ,尤其是外资制造业企业的空间分布对城市格局的形成产生了很大影响。认识外资企业的空间分布特征与机理对城市规划和城市土地市场调控具有重要意义。本论文利用深圳市 1985、 1990、 1994、和 2 0 0 0年“三资”制造业企业的数据资料从密度、行业、投资方式和投资来源等多角度分析了其空间的分布特征 ,并将其空间分布机理总结为规划效应、通道效应、边界效应、中心效应和联系方向效应。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since the economic take-off of Shenzhen was mainly driven by FDI, the distribution of the FDI manufacturers has had great influence on its urban structure. This paper analysed the spatial distribution of FDI manufacturers in Shenzhen in terms of density, industries, ways of investment and investment source, and it classified the distribution mechanism of the manufacturers into five categories: planned effect, passage effect, border effect, centre effect and connecting direction effect.更多还原
