【摘要】 通过对导致大城市规模急剧扩张的时代背景性因素、发展代价性因素和体制缺陷性因素的深入分析 ,指出大城市规模急剧扩张主要是我国良好的经济发展前景和大城市日益凸显的主体地位的必然反映 ,也是发展中国家快速发展所付出的必然性代价。但是 ,也存在由发展观念、体制、法规等方面的缺陷而导致的“虚胀”。然后 ,针对造成大城市规模急剧扩张的原因的特点 ,从发展思路、土地供给模式、规划工作重点和体制法规等方面提出相应对策更多还原
