【Abstract】 The implementation of urban design is a matter of control. The development of city is required to follow the designed sequence and, even more importantly, to comply with urban design’s technical limits in every major aspects. This paper analyzes the complicated elements of urban design regulation, discusses basic method and means of urban design regulation, proposed that apotheosis controlling and guideline controlling, together as an integrator leading urban development.
