【摘要】 文章通过对苏南模式下小城镇发展演化过程进行回顾 ,分析苏南人文环境的转化过程。从本土文化、经济发展、政府管理和政策等三个方面揭示了其地域文化伴随着社会经济的发展持续作用于小城镇本身 ,形成特定的动态开放型小城镇社会人文环境 ,保证了该地区小城镇的健康发展演化 ,指出人文环境是提升综合社会环境质量 ,带动经济发展和城市化进程加快的一个重要因素。文章最后提出城乡规划中要给予基于“地域文化”的本土人文环境以相当的重视。更多还原

【Abstract】 This article reviews the development process of township of Southern Jiangsu Province, and analyzes conversion of humanity_environment. From the aspects of autochthonous _culture,economic development, administration and policy ,we discover regionally autochthonous_culture what acts sostenuto on township of Southern Jiangsu Province and form the special autochthonous humanity_environment which keeps the development of townships in a living and healthy way.
