【摘要】 本文介绍了遥感技术的发展趋势 ,初步探讨了遥感在城市水灾模型建立中的应用 ,阐述了 DEM的生成方法和有限单元法在图象配准中的应用。最后 ,采用汕头市一个区域的点高程矢量数据建立了 DEM模型 ,并用三角格网法进行配准和几何纠正 ,采用 Virtual GIS模块模拟飞行演示并录制 AVI动画文件。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper introduces the developing trend of remote sensing technology and preliminarily approaches to the application of the remote sensing in the establishment of the urban flood model. It also states DEM generating method and finite element method in iconic disposition. At last, the point elevation vector data of a region of Shantou City are used for establishing DEM model. And the disposition and geometric correct are carried out by trigonometric grid method. And it is used Virtual GIS module for simulating demonstration fight and recording AVI animated papers.更多还原
