【摘要】 目的观察核糖核酸(南京新百药业提供)治疗肝硬变重度腹水的疗效。方法使用注射用核糖核酸治疗肝硬变重度腹水30例,疗程2月,并与综合治疗组对比分析。结果治疗组症状、体征、肝功能及肝纤维化指标改善优于对照组。结论核糖核酸治疗肝硬变腹水有良好的保护细胞、抗肝纤维化及促进腹水消退的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the therapeutic effects of ribonucleic acid (RNA) provided by Nanjing Xinbai Pharmaceutical Corporation on hepatitis and ascites. Methods Thirty cases of hepatic cirrhosis and ascites were treated with injection of RNA for 2 months. Meanwhile, the results were compared with those in other comprehensively treated 30 cases. Results Improvements in symptoms, signs, liver function and indexes of hepatofibrosis were better in the RNA-treated group than in the control. Conclusions RNA can effectively protect liver cells and has great effect on anti-hepatofibrosis.更多还原
