【摘要】 重庆城市经济弱势群体目前整体经济状况较差,但要实现脱贫并进而实现小康,一方面固然需要政府及社会各界通过社会保障或各种资助在经济上采用兜底和扶持相结合的方式予以支持,但更重要的是,给予弱势群体各种社会资源(尤其是能力资源和信息资源)的提供。这是当前急需政府解决的问题和根本解决弱势群体问题的关键。更多还原
