压电石英晶体振荡频率检测平台的建立及应用

【摘要】 目的 构建一种 2× 5型压电石英微阵列振荡频率检测平台。方法 利用基频 1 0MHz的 2× 5型石英晶体微阵列作为传感换能器件 ,自行设计自激式振荡频率检测仪、频率分析软件PESA2 .0 ,与计算机连接组成压电石英晶体传感器检测平台 ,并应用于气、液相检测。结果 石英晶体微阵列在气、液相起振能力强 ,并获得稳定振荡 ,气相稳定度可达± 1Hz ,液相≤ 2Hz。消除了温度、电离辐射、机械震动等因素的干扰 ;实现了频率信号检测的自动化、微机化和自能化。结论 该检测平台具有检测频率稳定、自动化和智能化程度较高、能实时检测等优点 ,是一种新型压电晶体振荡频率检测共用平台 ,可广泛用于压电传感器振荡频率的检测

【Abstract】 Objective To construct a platform for detecting oscillation frequency of 2×5 type of piezoelectric quartz micro array.Methods 2×5 type of piezoelectric quartz crystal micro array with 10MHz basic frequency was used as sensor energy converter.The oscillation frequency detector with self oscillation circuits and the analysis software of piezoelectric sensor array 2.0(piezoelectric sensor array PESA2.0) were designed by ourselves.Then the platform for detecting oscillation frequency consisted of assembling upper devices with a computor,then it was used to detect the oscillation frequency in gas and liquid phases.Results The quartz crystal micro array was of strong vibromotive force and its frequency was good stability in gas and liquid phases,frequency stability was ±1Hz in gas phases and ≤2Hz in liquid phase.The interference of temperature,radiation and quiver was removed.The frequency signals were detected by automatization,microcomputor and intelligent.Conclusion The platform for detecting oscillation frequency is of good stability,high automatization and intelligent,real time detection etc.It is a new type of common platform for detecting oscillation frequency and suitable for detecting oscillation frequency of the piezoelectric sensors.
