【摘要】 目的　探讨三维适形放疗技术在局部复发鼻咽癌再程放疗中的应用。方法　 2 0 0 1年 1月～ 2 0 0 2年 3月 ,采用常规放疗结合三维适形放疗治疗局部复发鼻咽癌 2 4例 ,常规外照射 4 0Gy/ 2 0次 / 4周后进行适形放疗 ,治疗剂量为 2 8Gy/ 7次 / 15d。结果　随访期内肿瘤局部控制率 91 7% (2 2 / 2 4 )。 3例病人死亡 ,其中 2例死于远处转移 ,1例死于全身衰竭。 5例伴有神经损伤。再程放疗所致急性放射反应轻。结论　鼻咽癌局部复发患者采用适形放疗取得满意的局部控制率 ,放射反应较轻 ,远期疗效及放射损伤尚待进一步观察更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the role of the 3DCRT in the locally recurrent NPC.Methods From January 2001 to March 2002,24 patients with locally recurrent NPC were treated by 3DCRT with the dose of 28 Gy/7f/15 days in the planning target volume,following routine radiotherapy of 40Gy/20f/4 weeks.Results Local control rate was 91.7%(22/24).3 cases with lymph node recurrence treated by excision after the radiation,3 patients dead,2 died of the distant metastasis,1 died from the other cause.Neurological injuries were observed in 5 patients.No serious acute reactions were observed.Conclusion 3DCRT is effective in the treatment of locally recurrent NPC.It had a high local control rate and low complication rate.But its curative effectiveness and late complications need the further observation.更多还原
