【摘要】 目的　探讨男女肥胖患者体脂分布与血脂、胰岛素抵抗的相关性。方法　将 95例肥胖者分为男女两组。两组均空腹测体重、体重指数、腰围、腰臀比、血脂、胰岛素、胰岛素敏感指数。结果　男性肥胖者体重指数、腰臀比均与高密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (HDL、HDL1、HDL2 )、总甘油三酯、空腹胰岛素水平、胰岛素敏感指数有相关性 ,而腰臀比与体重指数比较 ,腰臀比与上述指标关系更明显 (P <0 .0 5 )。女性肥胖者体重指数与空腹胰岛素水平、甘油三酯、胰岛素敏感指数有关 ,腰臀比与空腹胰岛素水平、HDL、HDL2 有一定相关性。结论　在男性肥胖中 ,腰臀比与甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (HDL、HDL1、HDL2 )、胰岛素敏感性有明显关系更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To determine the relation of body fat and fat distribution to the serum lipid and insulin resistance of obesity .Methods Ninety five obesity ( excluding the obesity caused by the diabetes?hypertension and heart disease ) were divided into men and women groups. Both groups were measured the weight ?body mass index(BMI)?waistline ?waistline hip ratio(WHR)?serum lipids ?serum insulin and insulin sensibility index . Results Among men , levels of BMI and WHR were correlated with serum all of the cholesterol (HDL?HDL 1?HDL 2)? triglycerides ?insulin and insulin sensibility index,as compared with the WHR and BMI , WHR was significantly relation .( P <0.05) . Among women , BMI was significantly associated with concentrations of insulin ,triglycerides and insulin sensibility index .The WHR was correlated with the serum insulin ?HDL?HDL 2 . Conclusion In men obesity , the WHR was comparably correlated with serum triglycerides?all of the HDL cholesterol and insulin sensibility index .更多还原
