【摘要】 目的　探讨自体颗粒脂肪植入矫正面部凹陷畸形的临床效果。方法　预先测定缺损区域内软组织缺损量 ,受区皮下行预处理 ,以注射器抽吸皮下脂肪 ,经脂肪纯化后形成颗粒脂肪 ,超量 10 %注入面部凹陷部位以矫正畸形。结果　本组 2 0例 ,共2 9个部位 ,除 3例进行第 2次注射外 ,其余 17例均为一次性注射 ,经随访 5个月～ 3年 ,外形饱满 ,效果良好。结论　自体颗粒脂肪移植在面部凹陷畸形的矫正可以取得较好的临床效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical effects of implantation of autologous fat globules in correction of the deformity of facial depression. Methods The amount of soft tissue defect to be corrected in region of deformity was estimated preoperatively. Fat globule harvested by suction with syringe, after purification, was injected into defect areas in an amount of 10% over that estimated. Results In this series, there were 20 cases with 29 sites, of them 17 cases had the deformities corrected only with one time, but 3 cases needed secondary injection. The results of a follow up 5 months to 3 years was satisfying with external shape. Conclusion The results show that a fairly clinical effect of implantation of autologous fat globules in correction of deformity of facial depression would be gain.更多还原
