青蒿素对体外瘢痕成纤维细胞的生物学影响

【摘要】 目的 观察青蒿素对体外培养的瘢痕成纤维细胞的生物学影响 ,以探讨将其应用于瘢痕防治的可能性。方法 将不同浓度的青蒿素作用于体外培养的瘢痕成纤维细胞 ,在不同时相点观察青蒿素对瘢痕成纤维细胞生物学特性的影响。结果 青蒿素在 30~ 12 0mg/L浓度范围内 ,可剂量及时间依赖性地抑制瘢痕成纤维细胞的增殖活性及胶原合成量 ;光镜下见用药组细胞呈椭圆性 ,胞浆颗粒增多 ,甚至核浓缩、核碎裂。结论 青蒿素对瘢痕的预防和治疗有实用前景

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effects of Artemisinin on fibroblasts derived from human scar in vitro and to evaluate the possibility of Artemisinin in the treatment of scar in clinical practice.Methods Added different Concentration of Artemisinin to the medium,the effects of Artemisinin on biological behaviour of fibroblasts in vitro were observed at different day.Results Artemisinin could inhibit proliferation and collagen′s synthesis of fibroblasts derived from human scar in dose dependent and duration dependent manner in the range of 30~120mg/L;Under light microscope,fibroblasts treated with Artemisinin assumed ellipse rather than fusiform in shape with increase of cytoplasmic particles,even with Karyopyknosis and Karyoklasis.Conclusion Artemisinin has practical potentialities in treatment and prevention of scar hyperplasia.
