【摘要】 目的　了解无Q波型心肌梗塞病人有无左心室重塑。方法　根据心电图将患者分为有Q波型心肌梗塞 (QWMI)组和无Q波型心肌梗塞 (NQWMI)组 ,分别在 1周和 6周时用超声心动图测定左室舒张末期压 (LVEDD)和左房压 ,以及急性发作时测定的磷酸肌酸激酶 (CPK)的峰值水平。结果　QWMI组 6周时LVEDD明显增加 ,与NQWMI组 6周时相比 ,差异有显著性。 [(5 6 0 7± 4 73)mm∶(49 80± 2 5 6 )mm ,P <0 0 1]。QWMI组的CPK峰值水平与NQWMI组相比 ,有显著升高。结论　本NQWMI组没有发现明显的心室重塑更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate non Q wave myocardial infarction(NQWMI) with or without left ventricular remodeling(LVR).Methods Two groups have been devide between QWMI and NQWMI by electrocardiogram.We measured and compared left ventricular end diastolic diamete(LVEDD) with echocardiogram within 1week and at 6 week and the peak creatine phosphokinase(CPK) level of 44 patients who suffered from myocardial infarction.Results We found that LVEDD of QWMI has been increased remarkably 6 weeks later,and there existed obvious difference as compared with NQWMI[(56 37±4 73)mm VS (49 80±2 56)mm, P <0 01].CPK peak level of QWMI group has remarkably risen when it is compared with NQWMI. Conclusion The data shows that NQWMI has not found obviously ventrcular remodeling, that is opposite to QWMI.更多还原
