【Abstract】 It is an important content of "ruling the country by law" for administrative organs to enforce laws. However, in reality, there are quite a lot problems in the current enforcement of law by administrative organs, which has seriously hindered the development of social economy. In light of this, this paper puts forward some effective measures to perfect and strengthen the law enforcement by administrative organs, including: quicken the lawmaking, optimizing the administrative institution, perfecting the supervision system, and setting up an effective and uncorrupted law-enforcement team.更多还原
