【Abstract】 Behaviour Therapy is an operable therapy developed in the practices of psychological consultation and psychotherapy and based on basic ideas and theories of behavioristic psychology.It is regarded as the third milestone of psychotherapy.This paper first reviews the basic ideas and operational procedure of behaviour therapy, and then testifies and comments on its latest development. In spite of its imperfection, Behaviour Therapy is still an important form of psychotherapy and a dominant therapeutic method.更多还原
