FIDIC1999年新版《施工合同条件》与旧版本的比较
The comparison between the new edition published by FIDIC in 1999 and the old one of conditions of contract for construction
【摘要】 笔者通过文献对比探讨了FIDIC1999年新版《施工合同条件》的特点以及与旧版本(1987年版)的比较,对推动FIDIC新版《施工合同条件》的应用具有现实意义.
【Abstract】 The paper investigates the properties of conditions of contract for construction which is the new edition published by FIDIC in 1999 and explores the different items from the old edition(published in 1987) by document contrast study which has practical significance in promoting the application of it.
