离子选择电极法测定水中氟化物的研究与探讨
Study on Determination of Fluoride in Water within Selective Electrode Method
【摘要】 对离子选择电极法测定水中氟化物进行了研究与探讨。对离子选择电极的构成、测定原理作了深入地分析 ,对测定中出现的电极空白值、电极斜率、测定温度、标准曲线法以及电极的老化、再生作了详细的论述 ,并将离子选择电极法与离子色谱法进行对比试验。通过实验 ,证明其精密度、准确度均十分理想。与离子色谱法相比 ,测定结果无明显差异 ,该方法具有选择性好 ,准确、快速、检测范围宽的特点 ,适用于氟化物在 0 .0 5~ 190 0 mg/L样品的监测 ,适用于大批量水样的监测
【Abstract】 The determination of fluoride in water with ion selective electrode method was studied and discussed in this paper.The thoroughgoing analysis of the constitution of ion selective electrode and the principle of determination were made.The electrode blank and electrode solpe and determination temperature and standard curve that were happened in determination were discussed deeply.It is happened to contrast determination of fluoride and IC.The experiment results showed that the accuracy and repeatability of the method was satisfied.The conclusion was come to that there was no obvious difference between the methods to IC.This method is more selective and accurate and rapid than others,it can be applied to measure fluoride which concentration is between 0.05~1900mg/L in water,especially to large number of daily samples.
