Zr-4合金的微弧氧化研究
Microarc Oxidation of Zircalloy-4
【摘要】 利用微弧氧化技术,以NaOH为电解液,对Zr-4合金进行微弧表面处理,以改善抗腐蚀性能和耐磨损性能。通过电化学极化曲线测量、往复式摩擦磨损实验对Zr-4合金的抗腐蚀性能、耐磨损性能进行测试和评价。研究结果表明上述性能与基体相比有显著提高。利用SEM观察Zr-4合金微弧氧化膜厚约60μm,氧化膜分为疏松层和致密层两部分,致密层约占总厚度的1/4,与基体结合紧密。XRD分析表明微弧氧化膜由四方相和单斜相二氧化锆组成。
【Abstract】 Microarc oxidation is a new technique, which can in situ form the ceramic coatings on the surfaces of some non ferrous metals. In this article, the surface modification of zircalloy 4 by micro arc oxidation, with NaOH used as electrolyte is described. The ambient temperature corrosion resistantce was evaluated by polarization curve measurement and the wearability was tested in the reciprocating wear engine. According to scanning electron microscopey (SEM) the zirconium oxide coating is as thick as 60 μ m. The coating consists of two parts: the compact (1/4Vol) and the loose (3/4Vol)components. The compact oxide is combined tightly with the substrate. X ray diffraction confirmed that the principal crystalline phases in the coating were m ZrO2 and t ZrO2.
