【摘要】 通过分析铅的生命周期流动过程,找出了影响废铅实得率的因素。它们是:铅品的国内消费率、可回收性铅消费率、折旧废铅回收率等。在中国铅业调研的基础上,估算了近年来这些影响因素的实际数值。讨论了废铅实得率低下的原因:一是铅品的大量出口;二是铅的消费结构中耗散性消费太多;三是废铅回收状况太差。提出了改善中国废铅实得率的对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 By way of analysis on the course of life cycle of lead, the following causative factors of recovery of scrap lead are found, such as domeslic consumption rate of lead products, recovered lead consumption rate, amortized scrap lead recovery. Based on investigation on domestic lead industry, these causative factors are estimated in terms of actual numerical values. And the following causes of low recovery of scrap lead are discussed, i.e, (a) a large quanty of exported lead products; (b) the dissipative consumptions account for too high proportion of lead consumption; (c) the conditions of recovering lead scraps are too poor. In addition, the countermeasures for improvement of recovery of domestic scrap lead are presented.更多还原
