烧碱-AQ法麦草浆LMS生物漂白条件的优化
Optimization of the conditions of LMS biobleaching on NaOH-AQ wheat straw pulp
【摘要】 对烧碱-AQ法麦草浆漆酶/介体系统(LMS)漂白的条件进行了优化。研究发现,在漆酶用量为20IU/g浆,HBT用量为1%,浆浓10%,pH4.0,温度40℃,时间3h,氧压0.4MPa的条件下,LMS漂白的效果最佳。同时对漆酶/介体漂白的各种影响因素进行了探讨。
【Abstract】 The conditions of Laccase-Mediator-System bleaching on NaOH—AQ wheat straw pulp were optimized. The effects of laccasedosage, pH value, HBT dosage, reaction temperature, time, oxygen pressure and alkali extraction were investigated. The optimal conditionswere: pulp consistency 10%, laccase dosage 20IU/g, HBT dosage 1%, pH 4.0, temperature 40℃, time 3h, oxygen pressure 0.4MPa. It wasfound that the followed alkali extraction after LMS treatment was beneficial to the bleaching.
