【摘要】 传统国际直接投资理论基本上都是从投资的企业或者投资国的产业所拥有的技术优势作为基础来分析和阐述国际直接投资的动因,缺乏对东道国引资的产业政策对国际直接投资技术水平选择的外在作用和互动影响的分析。本文利用博弈论的最终仲裁方法,论证了在东道国的产业政策制定和国际直接投资者之间关于直接投资技术水平选择的两阶段动态博弈,东道国在引进具有先进技术特征的国际直接投资的产业政策考虑,这从外部客观因素方面最终决定了国际直接投资者的技术水平必须高于东道国的产业技术水平的结果,进而说明了东道国产业政策的作用和意义。更多还原
