【Abstract】 The basic request of WTO law system to real estate industry and Chinas promise to real estate industry after entrance to WTO show that China should develop real estate economy following WTO rules, undertake corresponding duties according to developing countrys economy conditions, completely open chinese real estate market under persistence of socialism public system and modest protection of the items of high standard real estate. But the effect of entrance WTO on real estate industry and present condition of Chinese real estate lawmaking bring forward new request to the perfection and development of Chinese real estate law.更多还原
