【摘要】 我国证券中介机构失信的突出表现是 :为企业虚假“包装” ,骗取上市资格 ;帮助上市公司财务造假 ;散布虚假信息误导投资者。其成因是错综复杂的 ,标本兼治 ,当务之急要明确证券中介的诚信责任和监督职能 ;进一步理顺证券中介行业管理体制 ;完善证券中介执业标准 ;建立由第三方协助的证券中介及其从业人员职业信用评价体系、为诚信中介的发展创造良好的的社会环境。更多还原

【Abstract】 The outstanding aspects on the lacking credit of China’s security agency are : false package for firm to gain qualification of listing by cheating ;helping false finance for listed company; spreading false information to mislead investors. The causes of formation are complex.
