TiC在Ni-Al基体中热力学稳定性预测
Prediction of the Thermodynamic Stability of TiC in Ni-Al Based Alloys
【摘要】 依据热力学原理 ,在 80 0K 130 0K的范围内 ,分析Ti C Ni Al体系中可能发生的所有化学反应的吉布斯自由能变化 (ΔG) ,对TiC在Ni Al基体中的稳定性进行了热力学预测 ,从而为TiC增强Ni Al基复合材料的制备和应用提供理论依据
【Abstract】 In this paper, all the chemistry reaction in Ti-C-Ni-Al system that may take place in the temperature range from 800K to 1300K were analyzed by means of thermodynamics. The thermodynamic stability has been predicted by comparing the changes of the Gibbs free energy(ΔG). The results of this study will provide academic supports for the fabrication and application of TiC reinforced Ni-Al based composites.
