PLA—PEG—PLA嵌段共聚物的合成及研究
Synthesis and Properties of Copolymer of PLA-PEG-PLA
【摘要】 本研究将可生物降解高分子聚乳酸与具有亲水性链段的聚乙二醇共聚制得嵌段共聚物 ,用以改善疏水性材料聚乳酸的亲水性。研究发现通过共聚 ,显著改善了聚乳酸材料的亲水性 ,在一定反应条件下 ,使得材料的接触角由 4 6°降为 10~ 2 3°。同时还对共聚物的结构性能进行了表征和探讨
【Abstract】 In this paper, we copolymerized biodegradable material PLA and PEG which is hydrophilic in order to improve hydrophilicity of PLA materials which are hydrophobic. Under experiment conditions, we synthesized tri-block copolymer PLA-PEG-PLA and found that materials′angles of contract were changed from 46°(before copolymerizing) to 10~23°(after copolymerizing) which means that the hydrophilicity of materizls have been improved dramatically by copolymerizing. At the same time, we discussed the properties of tri-block copolymer PLA-PEG-PLA.
