骨组织工程支架-多孔β-磷酸三钙陶瓷的制备与性能
Bone Tissue Engineering Scaffolds-preparation and Properties of Porosity β-tricalcium Phosphate
【摘要】 本文通过多孔 β 磷酸三钙陶瓷的性能研究 ,发现将孔度提高到 4 0 %以上、孔径在 10 0~ 5 0 0微米之间时 ,陶瓷还保持一定强度 ;X 射线衍射证实陶瓷组成为 β 磷酸三钙晶体。预期该支架可用作骨组织工程支架。
【Abstract】 In this study,porous β tricalcium phosphate ceramic are prepared by resin sintering technique.Pore sizes of the ceramics range from 100~500μm,and average porosity of entire ceramics is over 40%,and pores are interconnected with each other.X ray spectrum of the ceramic show that the creamic is constituted by β tricalcium phosphate crystals.This study indicates the promising prospect in bone tissue engineering of porous β tricalcium phosphate ceramic scaffolds.
