化学处理制备多孔钛表面磷灰石涂层
Preparation of Apatite Coatings on Porous Titanium Via Chemical Treatment
【摘要】 本文中采用化学方法制备多孔钛表面磷灰石涂层。多孔钛样品经HCl+H2 SO4 混合溶液及NaOH水溶液处理后 ,表面形成氧化钛及钛酸钠层。在过饱和Ca P溶液中浸泡一段时间 ,磷灰石涂层沉积到多孔钛的表面。涂层由片状的垂直于金属表面的磷灰石和OCP结晶组成 ,不含CO3基团。涂层的Ca P比约为 1 4 6左右 ,小于羟基磷灰石的Ca P化学计量比。涂层厚度约 5 0 μm ,涂层后多孔钛的最大孔径约为 15 0 μm ,可以满足临床使用要求。
【Abstract】 A chemical method was applied in this work to fabricate apatite coatings on porous titanium.Porous titanium samples were subjected to HCl+H\-2SO\-4 mixed solution and following NaOH aqueous solution.A layer of titanium oxide and sodium titanate was formed on sample surfaces.After immersion in supersaturated Ca\|P solution for some days,apatite coatigs were deposited on porous titanium.The coatings were composite of plate\|like Ca\|deficient apatite and OCP crystals without CO\-3 group,which are upright to the surfaces.The Ca/P atom ratio of coatings is about 1\^46,which is less than that of the hydroxyapatite.The thickness of the coatings was about 50μm and the maxim pore size of apatite\|coated porous titanium is about 150μm, which can meet the demand of clinical application.
