聚二甲基硅氧烷/SiO2杂化材料的制备与性能研究
Study on Preparation and Characteristic of Poly(dimethyslioxane)/ silica Hybrid Materials
【摘要】 采用草酸作为干燥控制化学添加剂 (DCCA) ,通过溶胶 凝胶 (Sol Gel)过程制得了两相间以共价键结合的透明块状PDMS/SiO2 有机无机杂化材料。通过FTIR、TG、DSC、UV VIS等方法对材料进行了分析和测试。结果表明 ,此杂化材料中没有相分离 ,且具有良好的透光性和热稳定性
【Abstract】 The Poly(dimethyslioxane)/silica hybrid materials have been successfully prepared with the drying control chemical additives oxalic acid via Sol-Gel process. The materials were analysed and tested through IR, UV-VIS, TG and DSC, etc. The result indicated that no phase separation was observed in this material and the materials has excellent optical transparency and thermal stability.
