纳米CaCO3改性聚丙烯性能与结构研究

【摘要】 本文利用双螺杆共混方法制备纳米CaCO3改性聚丙烯 (PP) ,通过一步法、两步法两种共混工艺 ,研究了PP/纳米CaCO3复合材料的力学性能 ,采用TEM、XRD、DSC对分散情况、β PP晶相的生成情况等进行了研究。结果表明 ,两步法制备PP/纳米CaCO3复合材料优于一步法 ;纳米CaCO3的加入 ,提高了PP的韧性 ,使PP成型收缩率增大。并对纳米CaCO3增韧PP和纳米CaCO3的加入使得PP收缩率增大的机理进行了探讨

【Abstract】 With the technologies of extruding in one-step and in two-step, the polypropylene(PP) modified with nano-sized CaCO 3 was manufactured by twin-screw mixing method. The mechanical properties of the PP/nano-sized CaCO 3 composite were investigated. The dispersion of the nano-sized CaCO 3 and the formation of the β-PP phase were studied by the means of transmission electron microscope(TEM), X-Ray Diffraction (XRD) and Differential Scanning Calorimetry(DSC). The result indicates that the properties of the PP/nano-sized CaCO 3 composite extruded by the two-step method were better than that by one-step method. As well, the addition of nano-sized CaCO 3 increased the toughness and the molding shrinkage of PP. The mechanism on the growth of the toughness and the molding shrinkage of PP when mixing nano-sized CaCO 3 was discussed.
