素坯高压成型对纳米4YSZ烧结的影响
Influence of High Pressure Compacting on theSintering Properties of Nano 4YSZ
【摘要】 在纳米 4YSZ粉中加入少量纳米Al2 O3 粉 ,素坯两次 40 0MPa加压成型后在 4GPa高压下再成型 ,素坯相对密度达 72 4 %,降低了烧结致密温度。超密实坯体在 110 0℃常压下烧结 2小时 ,陶瓷体致密度达 99 2 %。烧结样品的晶胞四方度atc- 1t 为 1 0 12 ,晶胞体积V为 0 132nm3 。 110 0℃常压煅烧 ,烧结体晶粒大小在 40~ 70nm。烧结体研磨成粉后含有 12~ 14%的单斜相。
【Abstract】 With adding of an appropriate amount nano Al 2O 3, nano 4YSZ power was used as raw materials for airpressure sintering. After continuous compacting by uniaxial die the sample was compacted again under 4GPa high pressure. 72.4% of theory density has obtained. The sample can be sintered at lower temperature. Nano 4YSZ materials with grain size of 40~70 nm and relative density of 99.2% could be obtained when sintered at 1100℃. The content of monoclinic phase on powders crashed and grouned from the sintered body is 12-14%. The lattice parameter a tc -1 t and V of the ceramic are 1.012 and 0.132 nm 3 respectively.
