消失模铸造液态金属充型速度的试验研究
Mold filling velocity during investment casting
【摘要】 用消失模铸造试验装置和计算机数据采集系统研究了工艺因素对充型速度影响的规律.研究表明,随真空度和直浇道高度的增加,平均充型速度增大;随模样密度的增加,平均充型速度减小;随浇注温度的提高,平均充型速度开始时有提高的趋势,但随着温度的进一步升高,充型速度反而降低.通过多元线性回归建立了充型速度随真空度、模样密度、浇注温度、金属静压头变化的计算公式,并研究了该公式在充型过程数值模拟中的应用.
【Abstract】 The influence of processing parameters on the mold filling velocity during investiment casting was investigated by using an integrated system of experimental equipment and a specially designed computer data acquisition device. Experimental results show that the filling velocity increases with the increased vacuum degree and metallic static head as well as the decreased pattern density. With the increasing of the pouring temperature, the filling velocity increases. But it decreases if the pouring temperature is higher than a critical value. An empiric formula for has been established through unltiple-regression the calculation of mold filling velocity in accordance the vacuum degree, pattern density, pouring temperature and metallic static head was established through multiple-regression, and the application of the formula for numerical simulation is discussed as well.
